In Reliable Messaging,Producer calls always succeed with out any error.you will not be knowing whether message has successfully delivered to the consumer or not in case of any failure.We can say It is not a Gurantee delievery.
IF the queue is non-exclusive they will receive in round-robin fashion.If it is exclusive queue then the listner who recieves the 1st message will receive all the messages.

Can you please tell me what happens to the mesg when durable subscriber is down??
The mesg will wait until the durable subscriber comes up...if the durable subscriber never comes up the mesg will be there upto its expiration.

What happens when you are sending 10 messages on a queue when there are 4 recievers?
